Challenge: Ideate a series of options for a “wine of the month” opportunity, targetting newcomers to the wine category with fun, easy-to-understand language.
Role: Branding, typography, layout, copywriting
Result: A wine brand that encourages consumers to “celebrate the little things” with a unique series of cheeky labels, fit for any occasion or gift. Each label is layered with a sticker that peels off to reveal a fun payoff to the initial “toast” on the outer label. The neck identifies optimal pairings for those of us that aren’t sommeliers but are looking for a quick pairing. This particular ideation led to winning the business of Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries and the creation of Manitoba Heart.
